Day 7
Yay! Last day, this week has been very hard. I have been lacking in energy, mentally not focusing and having erratic mood swings. I can safety say I will never be crash dieting again, but will definitely continue to exercise at least three times a week. I can understand the pressure that celebrities or people in the public eye face, as their bodies and looks are constantly photographed and scrutinised. However being slim or size zero may on the surface make you 'perfect' but in reality you are putting yourself through an emotional roller coaster that will eventually drive you insane. I agree that it is perfectly acceptable to worry about your appearance as I do myself- however the point where your diet and eating habits control your lifestyle surely is not the way any one should lead their lives. The diet has taught me that exercise in important and watching documentaries such as Food Inc. has made me wonder where my food is sourced from and what chemicals are injected in them to make them 'low fat' or 'low sugar'. This has made me more aware of what I put in my body and has changed my eating habits as I will no longer purchase any fast food.
Daily Food Diet:
1 bowl of cabbage soup
1 small piece of fillet beef
4 sun dried tomatoes
2 celery sticks
2 apples
2.5 litre of water
200ml of orange juice
1/2 avocado
